- Preferential treatment to contractors when selecting contractors or monitoring their performance;
- Using false documents to facilitate embezzlement;
- Allowing unauthorized parking or use of public areas;
- Covering up staff's malpractice such as absence from duty, outside work or submission of false attendance/overtime records.
