The Bridgeview

Located in the heart of District 7, southern HCM City’s new urban area – The Bridgeview - provides easy access to other districts in the city. The Bridgeview consists of two towers, containing 578 apartments. With floor area ratio of just under 19%, the Bridgeview reserves most of its total area for public facilities, such as parks, gardens, squares and community centers. The Bridgeview offers necessary facilities and services for any communities, including schools, parks, hospitals, recreational centers, sports centers, and supermarkets. Locating within its towers are other facilities such as swimming pools, basketball courts, convenience stores and kindergartens. PMC is selected to provide management services for the Complex.
