Seasons Avenue

The Seasons Avenue lies at the center of Co Ngua area inside Mo Lao Urban Area of Ha Dong district, close to the European overseas Vietnamese village and Mulberry Lane complex. The Seasons Avenue adopts Singaporean style in design, with four 40 to 41-floor buildings inspired by four seasons in a year, and named S1, S2, S3, and S4, respectively. The Seasons Avenue reserves four floors for parking and other public facilities. The fifth floor consists of a garden and infinity pool with view of Hanoi. From the sixth floor upwards are 1,300 apartments with various sizes, ranging from 67m2 to 107m2. All apartments in the Seasons Avenue are designed to optimize natural light.
