Located at 115 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Hanoi, the building is the headquarter building of Radio Frequency Directorate, the unit of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The project consists of a new 27-floor tower standing on top of a renovated 10-floor building in order to form a consistent design with the new tower, and surrounding buildings. The design is aimed at improving energy efficiency in the building.
PMC is chosen to be the consulting unit for evaluating the design and installation of technical systems in the construction stage and proposing the solutions for the operation of building.
